Managing Dogs in a Group Setting

Instructor:  Ms. Kathy Sdao, M.A., ACAAB.  Faciliated by Suzanne Hetts, Ph.D., CAAB and Dan Estep, Ph.D., CAAB

Whether you have a multi dog family, take your dog to a dog park, conduct training classes, or own a doggie day care or boarding kennel, you are managing dogs in a group setting.  The dogs in the group may or may not be familiar with each other, and you may be in a private or public setting.

Regardless, Kathy will reveal the principles, skills, techniques, and canine behavior knowledge you must have to allow a group of dogs to safely interact with one another, keep handlers/trainers/owners safe, and promote the well-being of the dogs.

Kathy is one of our most popular instructors, and really needs no introduction but  you can read a bit about her HERE.

The two session course is available On Demand. Each session lasts approximately 75 minutes. CCPDT has approved the course for 2.5 CEUs. Need CEUs from another organization? Let us know and we’ll advise you.
